Loop Duration: This family-friendly hike is perfect for a half-day outing. Plan to spend between 3 and 4 hours completing the loop at a relaxed pace, taking the time to soak in the serenity of the surroundings and enjoy the stunning views.

• Picnic at the Summit: Don't forget to pack a picnic to enjoy an outdoor meal while admiring the sunset. Be sure to bring a 10L trash bag to carry your waste back down, helping to preserve the beauty of this exceptional site. Respecting the environment is essential to ensuring that all hikers can continue to enjoy these pristine landscapes.

• Recommended Equipment: Even in summer, the mountains can present unexpected weather changes. We recommend bringing a fleece jacket to protect against potential cold, and a windbreaker to guard against gusts that may occur at higher altitudes. If you plan to extend your hike into the evening, a headlamp will be indispensable for a safe return, especially as night begins to fall.

• The winding path: Take the pleasant Pine Trail, which winds its way up the mountainside. The climb, though continuous, remains accessible to all, and each step brings you closer to increasingly breathtaking panoramas.

Breathtaking view of Lac de la Rosière: As you climb up, be sure to turn around to admire Lac de la Rosière stretching out before you. This natural mirror reflects the surrounding peaks, creating a picture of rare beauty.

• A jewel case of nature: once at the summit, you'll be rewarded with a 360° view of the wonders of Les 3 Vallées. From here, you can admire Mont Blanc in all its majesty, as well as the Grand Bec, Pralognan, the Brèche de la Portetta and the Vallée des Avals.

Dazzling sunset: The Dent du Villard is one of the most spectacular spots in Les 3 Vallées to watch a sunset. Warm colors reflect off the snow-covered peaks, creating a magical, unforgettable atmosphere.

• Magical descent: After watching the sun set, start your descent along the Mille Marches path. This path offers a bird's-eye view of Courchevel, which gently lights up as night falls, offering an equally enchanting spectacle.
