- Chef's background: Trained at the Oustau de Baumanière in Les Baux-de-Provence, Thomas Prod’homme brings to Courchevel a harmonious blend of Provençal tradition and Alpine flavours.
- Culinary philosophy: The chef offers a bold and creative cuisine, combining personal memories and local products, resulting in dishes with powerful flavours and comforting indulgence.
17 Michelin Stars out of 10 Restaurants: With this new star, Les 3 Vallées now boasts 17 stars across 10 restaurants, confirming the richness and diversity of its gastronomic offering.
- Warm and refined ambiance: Nestled in the luxurious chalet of Hôtel Le Strato, the restaurant offers a cosy setting with fireplaces and plush armchairs, perfect for a memorable culinary experience.
- Signature dishes to discover: Highlights include La belle et la blette, black truffle and double cream Piste verte or piste noire, celery and citron Trout in evening dress, Jerusalem artichoke and fir tree Pigeon at the top of the pistes, sorrel, abat and mulled wine jus.
